BARNES opened its first office in Bulgaria in 2020 thanks to the collaboration between Mr. Nicola Stoyanov and Mrs. Nevena Stoyanova, both of whom are well-known Bulgarian names in the luxury property field. This new venture is a result of cooperation with their French partner count Guillaume de Villiers, a key figure in the development of the BARNES network of offices in Central and Eastern Europe.

To carry out this activity, we have created the dedicated website www.rentahome.bg and established an organizational structure supported by the company department of Seasonal and medium-term rentals in close collaboration with our local offices in the country and our partners in foreign destinations, as well as with the renowned tour operator Silky Holidays, which takes care of the reservations of properties offering short-term rentals on a nightly basis.

LUXIMMO GROUP is an informal business association of the leading Bulgarian real estate agencies LUXIMMO, SUPRIMMO, STONEHARD, PROPERTY.BG, RENT A HOME, as well as the Bulgarian branch of the international company BARNES International. The companies are related parties within the meaning of the Commercial Law, where the majority owner in each of them is the proven real estate expert and business entrepreneur Nicola Stoyanov. He is also their founder and managing director.
To date, the group's companies are industry leaders and together and individually manage an impressive portfolio of almost 19,000 properties for sale and rent located in the capital of Sofia, major cities and resorts of Bulgaria, as well as abroad in countries such as Greece, Dubai, and many others.
The group operates on a distinctive business model that leverages effective synergy by sharing common resources such as marketing specialists, salespeople, electronic information infrastructure, professional qualification systems for teams, and proprietary "know-how". The activity started back in 1996, when our founder started his first job as a student in a small real estate agency in the capital Sofia. Years of specialization abroad ensued, during which he honed his skills in real estate management and organization, learning from global leaders in the field.
